This upgrade is unlocked after losing 10M probes in Combat. It unlocks the Honor resource, which allows to improve Max Trust for the probes.
To trigger this project you need to have lost at least 10 million probes in combat.
There is a closed list of battle names, taken from historical battles (largely from the Napoleonic Wars).
