Drone Flocking: Adversarial Cohesion is a project in Universal Paperclips.

Unlocked at 50,000 total drones (Harvester Drones + Wire Drones) on stage 2.
Each drone's output is multiplied by 10d, where d is how many drones you have. It is not multiplied by 10d, so 1001 drones will not produce 10x the output of 1000 drones.
A poorly-documented or undocumented side effect of this project is that it temporarily changes the optimal ratio of wire drones to harvester drones. Prior to getting this project, the optimal ratio is ~1.618 wire drones per harvester drone, also known as phi or the golden ratio. After getting it, however, the ratio drops to ~1.27, which, by no coincidence, is the square root of phi. This implies that the multiplier is calculated separately for each drone type. For example, if you have 100 harvester drones and 127 wire drones, your total output for each would not be multiplied by 2270. Instead, each harvester drone's output would be multiplied by 1000 and each wire drone's output would be multiplied by 1270. When Phase 3 starts, the optimal drone ratio goes back to ~1.618, indicating that either Adversarial Cohesion's effect has ended or the bonus is no longer calculated separately per drone type.
